What’s your favorite ’90s jam?

I’ll change that to favorite ’80s jam – Night Ranger’s Sister Christian into Ram Jam’s Black Betty. That’s my thing. Both will stop me in my tracks to full-on singing jam.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Stay at home dog Mom. I’ve been saying this for years. Still saying it!

What would you name your boat if you had one?

Not a big boat person. Get really sea sick.

If you had to change your name, what would your new name be and why would you choose that name?

I’d change it to my married name – Ashley Rae Eldridge. I’ve tried, but it’s a pain in the butt and I have no idea where to start and where any of the necessary documents are.

Who is the messiest person you know?

Probably me. I’m messy, but not gross-dirty messy. There’s a difference.

What’s the most useless talent you have?

My stupid human trick is twirling my hair around my nose and making it stick. Stupid but I always do it.

What do you like doing in your spare time?

Spare time? Not much of that. I love to go on vacation and travel any chance I get.

What’s your biggest pet peeve?

When someone takes out the trash and doesn’t replace the bag.

What’s your annoying habit?

Ask Ryan.

Who is your inspiration?

My dad.

Where would you like to visit?

Machu Picchu. I ask Ryan to take me every year. It’s been on my list for forever.

What is one message you would give to your fans?

I love hearing people’s stories from all over the world about Maine and their connection to our great state. I love knowing that we can fill that homesick-for-Maine void!

What is your favorite movie?

Gone with the Wind. I know every single line. I’ve seen it a million times. Easily.

What is your favorite song?

Grateful Dead Jack Straw

What sports do you enjoy watching?

Baseball.

What is your favorite place to visit?

Clearwater Lake in Industry, Maine.

If you could meet one person from history, who would it be?

He’s alive, but it’s Willie Nelson. I love him. Ryan proposed to me the day after a Willie show. I have reoccurring dreams that we are BFF’s.

What is your favorite tool?

A paint brush. But not the one you’re thinking. I love to oil paint. And hope to get back into it. Part of us building a new house was to give me an art room!!
